The role of the Heron Cove POA Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is to maintain the common areas of the community and conserve and enhance the appearance of the total community. As such, the architectural review process ensures that modifications to the exteriors of individual homes are in compliance with Article IX of the Heron Cove POA bylaws. The ARC review process is conducted with the overall appearance and property values of Heron Cove in mind.
In general any changes to a home such as an addition, fence, wall or structure or exterior changes to existing buildings that affect the nature, kind, shape, height, materials, and location of the same shall adhere to the architectural review process.

ARC Review Process
Complete the Architectural Review Form for change approvals within the neighborhood.
The steps necessary to complete an architectural change are:
Home owner verifies the local zoning and code compliance for any proposed modification.
Home owner submits ARC change application form along with amplifying information such as site plan, drawings or pictures, and materials to be used to the ARC by emailing arc@heroncovepoa.com.
Heron Cove ARC will review the application with at least two (3) voting members of the ARC and a written decision will be provided to the applicant within thirty (30) days of the application being received.
