Board of Directors and Officers

Board of Directors

The community is managed by a board of directors (BOD) that meet several times each year and conduct an annual meeting of the membership in the fall. The BOD may create committees for additional discussions or special interests. The meetings are open to the membership and are communicated prior to each meeting. The duties of the BOD are described in the association bylaws. Board members serve without compensation and are elected at our annual meeting for a term of two years. 

Officers

Officers handle the day to day activities of operating and managing the POA. Officers are elected annually by the board of directors. Officers may or may not be on the board of directors or a member of the POA.
